Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Baltimore, customer-service rep here

A regional carrier near Baltimore is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
