Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Baltimore - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Baltimore. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Are the local runs really home every night?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
