Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Austin - first time posting

Several delivery companies in Austin are hiring drivers with clean records. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
