Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Atlanta - any advice?

A regional carrier near Atlanta is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I am in Atlanta, in case local advice matters. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.
