Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Atlanta - any advice?

A regional carrier near Atlanta is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. Thank you in advance. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
