Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Atlanta after 8 years as a bank teller

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Atlanta. I worked as a bank teller before this. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
