Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Albuquerque - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Albuquerque is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. It has been weighing on me all week. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Are the local runs really home every night?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
