Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Albuquerque, call-centre agent here

A regional carrier near Albuquerque is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. It has been a long 6 weeks. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
