Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Albuquerque - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Albuquerque. A clean driving record is required. Anyone with experience there?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
