Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Wichita - what worked for you?

A home-care agency in Wichita is taking applications for aides with paid training. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. Do any of these pay for certification?

I got into a patient-care role with no experience. They paid for my certification once I passed a background check.
