Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Tucson

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Tucson this week. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
