Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Tucson - any advice?

A home-care agency in Tucson is taking applications for aides with paid training. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Anyone else applying?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.
