Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Tampa - 10 months and counting

Several clinics and a hospital near Tampa are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?
