Hiring: medical assistants and aides in St. Louis - first time posting

A home-care agency in St. Louis is taking applications for aides with paid training. I worked as a quality inspector before this. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

I got into a patient-care role with no experience. They paid for my certification once I passed a background check.
