Hiring: medical assistants and aides in St. Louis - any advice?

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near St. Louis this week. Any experience at all would help. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Anyone else applying?

I got into a patient-care role with no experience. They paid for my certification once I passed a background check.
