Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Spokane - any advice?

Several clinics and a hospital near Spokane are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. Anyone else applying?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.
