Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Spokane

Several clinics and a hospital near Spokane are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. What is the interview process like?
