Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Seattle (Seattle)

Several clinics and a hospital near Seattle are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?
