Hiring: medical assistants and aides in San Diego (San Diego)

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near San Diego this week. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

I got into a patient-care role with no experience. They paid for my certification once I passed a background check.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
