Hiring: medical assistants and aides in San Diego - first time posting

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near San Diego this week. I am in San Diego, in case local advice matters. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. What is the interview process like?

I got into a patient-care role with no experience. They paid for my certification once I passed a background check.
