Hiring: medical assistants and aides in San Diego - any advice?

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near San Diego this week. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Anyone else applying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
