Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Salt Lake City (update)

Several clinics and a hospital near Salt Lake City are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. Do any of these pay for certification?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.
