Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Richmond (update)

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Richmond this week. It has been weighing on me all week. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

I got into a patient-care role with no experience. They paid for my certification once I passed a background check.
