Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Richmond (Richmond)

Several clinics and a hospital near Richmond are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. Do any of these pay for certification?
