Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Raleigh - 7 months and counting

A home-care agency in Raleigh is taking applications for aides with paid training. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. What is the interview process like?
