Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Raleigh - 13 months and counting

A home-care agency in Raleigh is taking applications for aides with paid training. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.
