Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Providence after 18 years as an accountant

Several clinics and a hospital near Providence are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. What is the interview process like?
