Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Portland

Several clinics and a hospital near Portland are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. What is the interview process like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
