Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Portland - 8 weeks in

Several clinics and a hospital near Portland are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I worked as a delivery driver before this. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?
