Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Phoenix (update)

Several clinics and a hospital near Phoenix are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. Any experience at all would help. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. Anyone else applying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
