Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Omaha (update)

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Omaha this week. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. Do any of these pay for certification?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.

The interview was short and focused on how I handle stress. Be ready with a real example.
