Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Omaha after 3 years as a recruiter

Several clinics and a hospital near Omaha are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles.

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
