Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Omaha - 9 weeks in

Several clinics and a hospital near Omaha are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. It has been weighing on me all week. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. Do any of these pay for certification?
