Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Oklahoma City - first time posting

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Oklahoma City this week. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?
