Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Nashville (update)

A home-care agency in Nashville is taking applications for aides with paid training. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
