Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Nashville - any advice?

Several clinics and a hospital near Nashville are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. Anyone else applying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
