A home-care agency in Minneapolis is taking applications for aides with paid training. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.
