A home-care agency in Minneapolis is taking applications for aides with paid training. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. Do any of these pay for certification?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.
