Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Louisville - first time posting

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Louisville this week. I am in Louisville, in case local advice matters. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Anyone else applying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
