Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Little Rock (update)

Several clinics and a hospital near Little Rock are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. It has been a long 26 weeks. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. Do any of these pay for certification?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
