Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Knoxville - first time posting

A home-care agency in Knoxville is taking applications for aides with paid training. It has been weighing on me all week. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

The interview was short and focused on how I handle stress. Be ready with a real example.
