Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Jacksonville (update)

Several clinics and a hospital near Jacksonville are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.
