Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Jacksonville - 2 weeks in

Several clinics and a hospital near Jacksonville are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. What is the interview process like?
