Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Honolulu (update)

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Honolulu this week. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. What is the interview process like?

The interview was short and focused on how I handle stress. Be ready with a real example.
