Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Dallas - any advice?

Several clinics and a hospital near Dallas are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Anyone else applying?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.
