Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Dallas - any advice?

Several clinics and a hospital near Dallas are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. It has been weighing on me all week. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?
