Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Columbus - what worked for you?

Several clinics and a hospital near Columbus are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. What is the interview process like?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.
