Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Columbus - first time posting

Several clinics and a hospital near Columbus are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. Do any of these pay for certification?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.
