Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Columbus - any advice?

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Columbus this week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
