Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Columbus after 14 years as a customer-service rep

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Columbus this week. I am in Columbus, in case local advice matters. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. Do any of these pay for certification?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
